Affiliate Disclosure
Let's be completely clear about how this site makes money, because you deserve to know before you click anything.
Some links on this site are affiliate links
That means if you click through and buy something, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use my link or go directly to the seller.
Most of the products I write about are sold through ClickBank, an affiliate marketplace. ClickBank pays me a percentage of qualifying purchases and handles that payment — it doesn't affect what you're charged.
Does this change what I write?
No. Here's my actual position:
- I only write about products I've researched, and I keep the downsides in every review.
- A commission never buys a positive recommendation. Several products on this site come with a "skip this if..." section.
- If a product doesn't work for you, I'd rather you used the money-back guarantee than bought it again.
- Sometimes I'm sent a product free of charge to review. That's disclosed in the individual post, and it has never changed my conclusion.
Prices and availability
Prices, offers and guarantees change constantly. Always check the official product page for the current price before buying — I can't guarantee that anything listed here is still accurate at the moment you read it.
Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no commission changes that. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement or exercise programme. You can read the full position on my Health Disclaimer page.
